Fabriq gives you three ways to reach a KPI, depending on how wide you need to look.
I want to | Go to |
Work on my team's KPIs | Team KPI list |
Audit or clean up all KPIs of a site | Site KPI list |
Jump to one KPI I know exists | Global search |
Team KPI list
Your team's working set. Open your team, then the KPI tab.
What you see for each KPI: name, ID, format, frequency, unit, latest value and trend, standard metric, category, source, latest data point.
What you can do
Search by name, ID, format type, frequency and unit
Filter and sort, and switch between active and archived KPIs
Export the filtered list to Excel or CSV
Click any line to open the KPI
Team admins can create new KPIs from this page.
Quick actions from table lines to copy KPI link, duplicate, archive and pin or unpin from the table, based on role permissions.
Common uses: create your team's KPIs, sanity check to scan latest value, trend and latest data point to see what is up to date and what nobody has filled, housekeeping: archive what the team stopped following.
Site KPI list
The full inventory of every KPI across all teams of the site, for governance and consistency. Open the site admin page, then the KPI tab. Reserved to site admins.
Same columns as the team list, plus the teams and their tiers each KPI belongs to. No latest value or trend, and no KPI creation here.
What you can do
Search by name, ID, format type, frequency and unit
Filter and sort, and switch between active and archived KPIs
Export the filtered list to Excel or CSV
Click any line to open the KPI
Common uses: sort by latest data point to spot KPIs nobody fills anymore, or filter on a standard metric to check it is deployed on every team that should have it, spot non-standard formats.
Global search
For when you know what you are looking for. Click the Search button in the left menu, or press Cmd + K.
You can pick from recently opened items and recent searches, and narrow with filters such as team, site, creation date, or category.
You only reach items in the teams you belong to. Site admins reach everything on their site, including teams they are not part of. Organization admins reach all teams.
