Why apply a routine scope?

A routine scope allows you to delineate a specific area for controls or audits. This can include a particular zone, a user, products, or equipment.

It is important to note that adding a routine scope does not change the questions being asked.

It simply helps centralize and better understand operations in your environment, such as control audits on equipment.

Different possibilities for adding a scope.

  • At the time of instance creation.

When creating a routine instance, you have the option to activate a routine scope, which will appear when the instance is launched. This allows you to choose a scope (zone, user, product, equipment, etc.) that will be evaluated during and after the completion of the instance.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance.

  • When launching an ad hoc audit.

To add a scope for a routine that will be launched on an ad hoc basis, go to the routine settings to enable the option to add a scope.

Example of a routine instance with scopes.

Below, you will find an image of an instance that evaluates the user Jerry Doundeu on the following zones and products.

Products: Machine A27 and Mobile B16

Zones: Assembly and Packaging

Equipment: XP12 Machine

You will also find a summary of the instance with the previously selected routine scope, including the results and a report view.

Analyzing completed instances with dedicated indicators

You can create dynamic indicators filtered by routine scope (number of audits conducted or audit scores, according to the desired frequency).
