What is a routine?
A routine is similar to a questionnaire to be answered, with different type of questions. It can be used to digitalise and optimize the shop floor audits and facilitate the flow of information at different levels, specially when a problem occurs.
How to create a routine?
1/ In the “routine” tab, click in the + button
2/ Give a name to your routine and a description (optional)
3/ Now it’s time to start adding each step of the routine and to do so you have some types of questions, such as:
KPI datapoint: you can add datapoints to your KPIs through a routine, making this process more dynamic
Multiple answer
Image multiple choice
Audit: with reponse options such as yes/ no, pass/ fail, compliant/ non compliant, safe/ at risk, good/ fair/ poor
Checklist: with response options such as yes / no / N/A, pass / fail / N/A, compliant / non compliant / N/A, safe / at risk / N/A, good / fair / poor / N/A. It's your choice to add N/A as a response option.

You can also create specific rules (conditional logic) based on the answers a question will have, set scores, customise a bit depending on the type of question and duplicate questions facilitating the process of routine creation.
How to schedule an instance?
Once you have created a routine, you can schedule and attribute respondents or even teams to the specific routine, define the time and periodicity and provide specific instructions.
1/ Click on the three dots next to the specific routine to have more options and then select “schedule new instance”
2/ Fulfil the information: when the routine should be done, its periodicity, title, attributed person, and specific instructions (optional)
Once the informations are fulfilled, you will be able to click on the blue button “schedule”.
If you need to make changes or rescheduled a routine already schedule, you can always do it directly clicking in the instance to make changes as displayed in the images:
How to create a ticket out a routine?
Once you are doing your audit by answering the questions of a routine and you identify a problem worth creating a ticket for, you can do it by clicking in the “create ticket” button on the bottom of the question:
Then you will be redirected to the ticket template to be fulfilled.
