What is the purpose behind scheduling some routine instances ?
Creating routine instances helps provide a framework for conducting field audits and enables easier tracking of adherence to the process.
Individuals assigned with an instance will see it directly on their homepage and can initiate it from here.
How to schedule an instance ?
Before schedule an instance, you should create a routine. Then, go to the routines tab and click on the "..." button next to the routine you want to schedule.
You can then select "Schedule an instance".
This will open a new window where you can choose when the routine will be performed, its recurrence, and the users who will perform it.
Regarding the time of execution, you can choose a time slot, an entire day by checking the "All day" box, or a longer period by selecting a range of dates.
You can then choose a standard or custom recurrence:
Once you have selected the recurrence, you must choose who will perform the routine. You can choose one or more people. If you choose two or more people, you must decide whether the routine will be done collaboratively or individually :
Collaborative: Two users for one instance
Individual: Two distinct instances
Finally, click on "Schedule" and you will find your scheduled routine instance directly on the Kamishibai of routines.
