If your network has strict controls over the domains that can be accessed, it's essential to adjust your firewall settings to permit those utilized by Fabriq.

We offer two sets of pattern lists: a concise one with wildcard patterns and an extended one without wildcards.

We strongly recommend allowing the patterns in the short list. This approach will reduce the number of rules in your firewall and minimize potential problems when new subdomains are added.

Short list (recommended)

Please include the following domain patterns in your firewall's allowlist:

  • *.fabriq.tech

  • *.usefabriq.com

  • *.intercomcdn.com

  • *.intercom.io

  • *.intercomassets.com

  • To utilize the mobile application:

    • *.ionicjs.com

    • *.ionic.io

    • *.ionicframework.com

If the short list isn't suitable for your needs, please add the domains listed below to your firewall's allowlist. Additionally, we've provided a description for each domain's purpose.

Fabriq domains

Allow *.fabriq.tech to ensure access to all websites and services hosted by Fabriq.

Details of subdomains:

  • www.fabriq.tech — Website

  • slug.fabriq.tech — Application, replace the slug with your company's assigned subdomain

  • api.fabriq.tech — API

  • future-auth.fabriq.tech - Authentication

  • storage.fabriq.tech storage.usefabriq.com — Uploaded and generated content

Intercom

Intercom, a third-party tool, powers the chat widget within Fabriq and facilitates the following functionalities:

  • Upon joining, new users receive a guided tour highlighting Fabriq's features.

  • Users have direct access to reach out to our support team.

  • Users are actively notified regarding significant changes.

For the widget to function correctly, please allow the following domains:

  • js.intercomcdn.com — Code for the in-app chat widget

  • nexus-websocket-a.intercom.io — Real-time communication on the chat widget

  • nexus-websocket-b.intercom.io — Real-time communication on the chat widget

  • static.intercomassets.com — Assets on the chat widget

IonicJS provides services for managing deployments of the Fabriq mobile application.
