You can enable or disable automatic due date synchronisation between actions and tickets for each team.
When this option is enabled, Fabriq will automatically update the ticket due date to match the due date of the next upcoming action.
What’s the sync logic?
Fabriq uses smart logic to ensure your ticket always reflects the most relevant upcoming action—without losing visibility due to missing data.
If the next task has a due date:
The ticket’s due date updates to match.
If the next task has no due date:
The ticket’s due date will not be cleared.
Fabriq will keep the last due date instead.
This prevents tickets from being removed from filtered views or dashboards due to empty due dates, and reduces manual corrections.
ℹ️ Good to know: This logic is applied automatically for all teams using the sync option.
